Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos
Robot vacuums and mops have become more adept, passing our tests for cleaning and taking on a variety of floor types. Look for models that allow you to select between several modes, utilize their charging docks to automatically empty and clean stairs.
A lot of the top models are compatible with smartphones. Look for an app that allows you to save maps, schedules and select cleaning options.
1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

Eufy's gunmetal-and gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combos available on the market. It uses lidar to navigate and create maps of rooms and floors (even multiple levels) and integrates with the free Eufy Clean application that lets you set up schedules and modify the S1's behaviour.
When I tested the S1 It was quick to identify the downstairs area, which has linoleum flooring in the kitchen-diner and bathrooms, plus carpeting with a medium-pile and an area rug. It was able to drive close to walls and even across raised thresholds without issue. However it had some issues traversing the stairs in one pass. The S1 performed well in cleaning hard floors. Its mop drove smoothly on its flat side and raised itself when it came to carpets or rugs.
Prior to each mopping session the docking station of the S1 automatically emptys its dust bin and refills its water tank with clean ozonated filtered water. The dock also adds a cleaning solution to the water for deep cleaning. The S1's water tank holds enough for about 12 cleaning sessions before needing to be empty, but it will differ based the amount you use the mop.
Like all 2-in-1 robots, the S1 requires periodic maintenance to keep it working efficiently. To do this, you'll need to wash the dirty water tank regularly to keep it from becoming clogged. It is also necessary to clean the swivel wheels and sensors regularly to keep them from becoming clogged with dirt or dust. Overall, the S1 is simple to maintain, especially compared to other combinations that require more care.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
Ecovacs' all-in-one robotic vacuum and mop provides an effective solution for your cleaning requirements. The robot vacuum is rated at 8,700Pa of suction and offers a number of unique features, including full home mapping, voice control and smart path-planning to avoid obstructions and cleans furniture. Its mopping capability is impressive, with mops that rotate that actually lift and scrub the floor, instead of simply drag the pad across it. The mops can be cleaned and dried at the base station, if needed.
This robot has an easy interface that guides you throughout the process. It also includes a hand vacuum that can be used to clean those hard-to reach areas that the robot cannot reach. There are two water tanks which are automatically emptied or filled. It comes with a range of useful settings to fine-tune your cleaning preferences.
budget robot vacuum does a good job at vacuuming, and has a powerful suction that easily picks up most of the debris, and even smaller pieces of dust that other robots struggle with. Its navigation capabilities are good, too, even though it is sometimes hung up on the tiny carpets or area mats that I have in my home (which is something you can mitigate by defining a virtual boundary in the application). Its mopping capabilities are also very good with a pair of spinning mops which lift and scrub the floor instead of simply moving the pad across it. The mops can also be cleaned using heated water and dried in the basestation as required. Mops can also be replenished at the top of the station when required.
3. Dreame X40 ultra
Dreame launched the high-end X30 Ultra earlier this year, but their new flagship model of robot mop and vacuum has more impressive features. It is a great cleaner and is simple to maintain. This makes it a top contender on our list of the top mops and robot vacuums. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition, and an extended side brush will give you an efficient, customized clean.
The X40 Ultra vacuums well, it can remove both large and fine debris. It is a great choice on carpets and hard floors. It also cleaned our test's dirtiest areas well, avoiding tangled pet hairs and other dirt. The sweeping performance is augmented by a side brush that automatically extends to reach hard-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.
Its navigation is nimble it can navigate narrow spaces and climbing the stairs without a hitch. affordable robot vacuum can move from one room to another without reversing direction, which is a handy feature for larger homes with multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance system is less advanced than its competitors however, and tends to leave a large distance around obstacles, which could result in missed spots.
Its app has a streamlined user interface that is designed to be user-friendly for both new and experienced users. The app allows you to schedule and manage cleanings, adjust the suction power and mopping settings as well as view 3D and 2D maps, and much more. It can be controlled via the app, Alexa or Google Assistant. You can even remotely control the X40 Ultra camera for real-time monitoring. You will need a stable internet connection to access the app and external controls.
4. Roomba Q5 pro
Robot vacuums are great in removing dirt and debris, but they aren't able to reach every bit of dust. It is important to clean regularly, once a week. This is especially important for dust that collects in corners, on shelves and in the crevices of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro is a 2-in-1 vacuum and mop robot designed specifically for this purpose. It's easy to connect it to your home Wi-Fi network and is compatible with Alexa and Apple Siri, making it an even more practical addition to your daily cleaning routine.
The Q5 is a stripped-down version of the more expensive S-series models from the company, such as the top-of-the-line Roborock S8 maxV ultra. It uses the same LIDAR mapping sensors, however it's cheaper since it doesn't come with mopping capabilities, and also has plastic body.
Despite losing the ability to wipe your floors, the Q5 still offers the most impressive mopping and vacuum performance we've seen on a robot at this price. It has a strong suction of 5500Pa and an auto-empty system so you don't need to empty the bin by hand each time. It comes with a smart app that lets you schedule cleanings and set the floor type. It also comes with an automatic water tank filling and washing system that is hands-free.
Its mops are also impressive with its 2700Pa power to take on pet hair and dirt on carpets as well as hard flooring. The Q5 was among the few robots that we tested to not have problems with high-pile rugs and carpets. However, it could not remove kitty-poop or cable tangles. This isn't too surprising because it doesn't include AI-powered obstacle-avoidance.
5. K10 Plus
K10 Plus is one of the most quiet robovacs that we have tested. It also has a unique method to map your home. This allows it to get into the corners and tight spaces that other vacuums can't reach. It also is able to collect more dust in a larger bin, so you don't need to empty it as often. Furthermore, it comes with washable filters, which reduces the cost of using the device. The robot can also recognize carpets and increase suction if needed. The app also lets you to mark areas that you want it to avoid, which is a nice feature.
